Fleet Reservations

Facilities Services operates a rental fleet program for our campus community’s business use. Please visit our online fleet reservations to rent a vehicle. Please familiarize yourself with the motor pool policies before reserving a vehicle. 

Passenger Van Training and Mini Bus Orientation

  • Passenger Van Training is required for anyone driving an Illinois State University 8 or 12-passenger van.  Certification is good for four years, training is completed online through Reggienet and registration is required. 
  • Passenger Van Certification and a one-time mini bus orientation is required to drive an Illinois State University 15-passenger mini bus or mini school bus.
    • The mini bus orientation is roughly a 15 minute drive session.
  • Please send an email (with name & ULID) to  ISUFleetTraining@ilstu.edu to register for the Passenger Van Training and/or Mini Bus and Mini School Bus Orientation.

*Questions about a Registered Student Organization (RSO) usage of university vehicles should be directed to the Student Involvement Center at (309) 438-3212 or studentorganizations@ilstu.edu.
