Citation Information

Parking citations issued can be paid in multiple ways. Payments can be made by:

  • Paying online
  • Visiting the Office of Parking and Transportation located at 709 N Main St., Normal, IL
  • Dropping your payment off in one of the courtesy boxes located around campus
  • Sending through campus mail to:

  • Sending via U.S. mail to:
    Office of Parking and Transportation
    Illinois State University
    709 N. Main Street
    Normal, IL 61790-9250

Please pay with check when using campus mail, campus drop boxes, or by U.S. mail. Cash payments should only be made in person at our office.
Payment with a large amount of coins will not be accepted if the coins are not rolled. Our office will supply coin rolls if needed. Thank you!
